We’ve just spent our first week at The Green Haven at Watersong since we bought it and so much has been done to improve it since then. Kylie and her team have been working really hard over the past month to improve its appeal and modernise it ready for future guests.
As soon as we walked in last week it got the WOW factor – the living room had been transformed – the new 50″ Samsung UHD SMART TV hanging in the wall is now a stunning centre piece in the room. We didn’t know whether the unit below it was part of the original piece or something new such was the transformation.
As part of the transformation guests can now access a high quality complementary entertainment system. Music can be played through a Bose Mini Link Bluetooth speaker, while video games can be played on the Playstation 4. A USB hard drive now provides guests with a choice of over 200 films to watch at their leisure.
The transformations continued upstairs – no longer was part of the Master bedroom painted bright red but now it was much more neutral with a light blue accent making the room feel much more airy and light. A new 32″ LCD TV mounted on the wall provides entertainment choices for guests.
The second master bedroom with its white furniture and blue accent give the room a cool as well as light and airy feel.
Downstairs the master bedroom has been transformed now with yellow accents – it looks stunning.
Outside the deck has been painted and has been rejuvenated by something as simple as a lick of paint – making the deck area sparkle when the sun is overhead.
There are more works scheduled over the next couple of weeks that will continue the transformation of The Green Haven at Watersong – the biggest being the resurfacing of the pool which will make it sparkle brightly and make it even more appealing to guests wanting a refreshing dip.
The garage will be transformed in due course to a luxury games room where children and families alike can play to their hearts content.
Further new furnishings over the next couple of weeks for the other rooms will continue to provide the finishing touches inside the house and complete the transformation.
