Last Thursday was the culmination of 2 months hard work and we are really grateful to our agents Howard & Jan Thorne at Homes of America and to our broker Graham Aistrop for all the assistance they gave us and in getting us this far.
The road to The Green Haven at Watersong wasn’t always a smooth one and at times we thought that it wouldn’t ever happen, but some perseverance on everybody’s part and some common sense on the part of the sellers and their agent got us over the line.
Once we had the all clear that the villa was ours it was time to go into launch mode. A post on our Facebook page and the website followed. We had an incredible reaction far more than we ever anticipated and we went to bed on Thursday night absolutely buzzing. It carried on into Friday as we got lots of enquiries about availability and prices over the next couple of years.
Although we have said that we aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours in reality we answer all enquires as quickly as we physically are able – the only thing that might limit us is access to the Internet!
Apparently the fun starts now !!!
