Last Thursday was the culmination of 2 months hard work and we are really grateful to our agents Howard & Jan Thorne at Homes of America and to our broker Graham Aistrop for all the assistance they gave us and in getting us this far. After a weekend of tense discussions with our agents in Florida at last we have made some progress – the papers came in on Monday and thanks to a local notary are all signed and ready to be sent back to Orlando.
