All we ask is £100 to secure a booking. This is non refundable and payable at the time of booking.

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

We collect a £200 refundable security deposit. This is paid at the same time as the balance, and subject to no damage normally returned within 14 days of departure.

Yes – we offer a 10% discount for stays made more than a year in advance or within 21 days of arrival. Anyone staying for more than 21 days also receives a 10% discount.

We charge a £50 cleaning fee per stay – all our rates are inclusive of taxes and service fees. Pool heating is an additional £18 per night.

We offer a number of optional extras including welcome pack, travel cot, high chair and push chair. All can be added at the time of booking.

It nornally takes about 34-40 minutes to get to the villa from Orlando International Airport. From Sandford its about an hour drive.

We have an excellent local management company who are on hand to fix things in the unfortunate event that things go wrong during your stay.

The closest Publix is about two minutes drive away at the corner of Ronald Reagan and the 17/27. There are two more Publix on Old Lake Wilson Road and at Championsgate.

The pool and deck faces south east and depending upon the time of year is generally in the sun from early morning to late afternoon.

There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities.

The villa is about 20 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from Universal Studios.
